Collaborating with both of you,
I will customize your ceremony and tell your special love-story. You can include or honour special people from your family or traditions from your heritage. I am a ritual specialist and can work with you to create or re-imagine any special elements or customs you may want to include to ensure this is your own authentic and personalized ceremony.
Whether you are hoping to have your ceremony be a little quirky like you, feel very intimate and down-to-earth, or very elaborate; whether you seek to have a grand celebration surrounded by a forest filled with family and friends, a boisterous 10th anniversary “re-dedication of your commitment, or an intimate elopement with a handful of witnesses.
Your actual wedding ceremony should become a sacred space that envelops you in an intimacy where everything stops for a moment; allowing you to focus on what brought you together and embrace the heartfelt promises you are making to each other.
I invite you to imagine the special memory you will create when we work together to move your ceremony from “nice” to “Wondrous”! A ceremony where guests remember they felt uplifted and moved from sharing the beginning of your
“ Happily Ever After ”.
How do we start?

It starts with an email, text, or a phone call
We will set up a no-obligation discovery consultation where we can get to know each other. We will go over what you are looking for in a ceremony and also what you do not want. You may secure your date with a deposit and signed contract. Many dates are very popular and may get booked up.
After our conversation and your completion of a set of interview questions, I will begin crafting your ceremony outline. You will have the opportunity to review and edit your ceremony to ensure it feels perfect.
I would be honoured if you choose me to lead your ceremony.
I will:
- Lead your rehearsal if you wish to have one, ensuring you feel comfortably prepared.
- Create cue sheets for other vendors to be aware of special moments and photographs.
- Ensure that any special ceremony/ritual components are in place prior to the wedding commencing
- Professionally officiate your ceremony
- Ensure that your marriage is registered with Vital Statistics
- Gift you a keepsake copy of your special ceremony which many couples like to revisit on each anniversary.
Overall, I will spend 10-20 hours which, as well as the creative writing, includes meeting with you, reviewing your personal stories and responses as well as researching any extra readings, rituals, or cultural traditions you wish to include.
Every stage of life deserves to be celebrated and for me the dandelion is a perfect illustration of the circle of life.
A sunny yellow dandelion is a cheerful sign of spring and symbolic of growth, hope, and healing. The green leaves and the flower provide support and nutrition for life.
The flower then transforms into a beautifully unique seed head. To me, each small seed represents memories made, lives touched and our impacts large and small. Just as the seeds are carried far and wide by the wind to begin anew, so too our legacies are a far-reaching remembrance of a life well-lived.
