Diane was one of the highlights of our wedding planning and wedding day experience. It was reassuring to my husband and I during the ceremony planning to work with a person who really knew what they were doing, as you usually aren’t experienced going into planning your wedding. I felt so at ease with Diane’s process of planning our ceremony, she had a way of making sure she got to know us both well personally beforehand so she was able to capture our personalities in the ceremony.

On our wedding day, Diane’s forward thinking was the reason our ceremony went so seamlessly, which allowed us to be in the moment during our ceremony.  She came prepared and even managed to think of things I didn’t even realize that we needed. We had a setback with our DJ at the ceremony and were left without any music or even a microphone, we both were freaking out. Diane managed both mine and my husband’s emotions ahead of walking down the aisle, updating us and our guests with the situation and maintained such a calm composure at this stressful time. We managed to find a battery powered speaker from one of our groomsmen, and Diane’s husband graciously stepped in to run the ceremony music. Even throughout this major setback, I felt so assured in Diane’s ability to control the unexpected situation, she really took control of what could have been a wedding catastrophe. At the end of it all, we actually preferred how much more intimate our ceremony ended up without any microphones.

I am forever grateful for the choice we made in selecting Windsong Ceremonies to officiate our wedding. The ceremony is the most important part of any wedding, I will always remember how great our officiant Diane was on our special day, she truly made it everything we wanted it to be and more.
